2Flourish Psychology

Blending Compassionate Care with the Science of Healing

My passion is helping people navigate life's challenges through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care that fosters resilience, growth, and meaningful change.

Located in the Weeroona Building on Main Road, North Hobart, 2Flourish Psychology offers a discreet, confidential, and welcoming environment where you can feel safe and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, providing a non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop insight, and build practical skills for lasting wellbeing.

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Schema Therapy and Schema-informed interventions

These approaches can be adapted to support a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and life challenges.

Appointments are available both in person and via telehealth (video or telephone), allowing flexibility to meet your preferences and circumstances.

My practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, with a commitment to creating a respectful and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.

Most clients are referred by their GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, enabling access to Medicare rebates. Private referrals and self-funded appointments are also welcome.

My Therapeutic Approach

Evidence Based Practice

I will meet you where you are at using established, research-backed approaches

Collaborative Partnership

Therapy works best when it's a true partnership. I'm here to support you, not to judge or impose solutions. Together we'll identify what matters most to you and work towards meaningful change within and between sessions.

Empathic and Affirming

You deserve to be heard and understood. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, experiences and goals with fear of criticism.  I firmly believe we are all very human (including myself) and usually doing the best we can to learn and grow into the best versions of ourselves throughout the many challenges of life. I do believe in empathic kind confrontation however if things are not working as they are.
